The follow up!
The following is an example letter that I send out to those people that request a price list at the party and who have NOT placed an order yet.
Dear ___________,
Thank you so much for coming to ________'s party last night. It was so fun to meet you. You guys were a fun group of people to get to know!
As you've requested, I'm sending you the price list along with this month's specials and the price list addendum. The addendum shows the discounted price of this month's specials. You can view all of the products you viewed at the party last night by visiting my website at www.camiharris.shelfreliance.com. Feel free to order from my website. I will make sure it gets credited to your friend's party or you can give me a call and we'll get your order placed over the phone - so I can answer any questions you might have.
Please note that ___(name)___ will be closing his/her party on ____(date)_____, so make sure to get those orders in before that date.
Sincerely,

Schedule Parties!
The next point of business is to call guests that said they were interested in hosting a party, but needed to check their calendars at home. At the party I gave them a "Host Packet" with all the materials and information they will need to host a party included. (Refer to Consultant Training # 2 - Party Prep, for contents of a Host Packet.) I also gave them some strawberry samples to hand out with their invitations or just eat. (This is optional.) I've explained how to use all the materials in the packet and let them know that I would be calling soon to book the party.
Restock!
After each party, I take the time to go through all of my Party Binders and restock any materials that have been taken out. I make sure that everything is ready for my next party
Contact Hostess!
After I've received all of the orders from all of the guests and have entered them into the computer, I go to the back office and view the Host Benefit.
Events > Manage Events > Click on the Host's party > On the left hand side find "Host Benefit Summary" click on it.
This is a sample of what you should see:
Customer Order Totals
Order Totals (Including Q shipment budgets multiplied by 3)| Customer Orders Total: | $222 |
| Q Totals: | $1,080 |
| Double Dip Promotion: | $429 |
| Host Discount: (10% of Total) | $173 |

I copy and paste this information into an email and send it to my host. I highlight the different sections so that I can easily refer the host to their FREE and 1/2 off product.

Dear Linda,
Thank you so much for hosting a party! As you can see from the above figures, you did very well! Thanks for opening your home to me and sharing this great product with your friends and family! Notice that your double dip from ______'s party is credited to your party too. It is highlighted in green.
The red figures represent how much FREE product you've earned and the blue is the half-off product that you're also earned. All prices are based on paying RETAIL price, not Q-Club pricing. So make sure you are looking at the right price list as you figure out what you would like to receive.
With your half-off, you get to spend $350 (retail price) and will only pay $175 out-of-pocket. If you do not choose to spend all $350 of your half-off, you will not be able to save it. It will be lost. I always recommend calling up a friend or family member to see if they would like to use the portion you choose not to use, if any. However, it will all be shipped to you, so they need to be able to pick it up, and I can only use one credit card for the order. I will not be able to break it up into two payments.
Please figure out what you would like to purchase, using your Host Benefit, and send it to me by email or give me a call. You don't have to break it down into FREE and Half-off. Just figure on spending roughly $523 ($173 + 350). I will arrange it in the computer so that you get the best possible benefit!
You will be responsible for the shipping fee also. Shipping is based on the WHOLE order total. The Host Benefit is NOT subtracted from that total. Example: If you spend the whole $523 of your Host Benefit, you will pay 5% of that towards shipping ($26.15). Once we subtract out the free and half-off items you only end up paying $175, but you still pay the full shipping cost of $26.15. Your total for the order will be $201.15 (including shipping) for $523 worth of product! Yay!
Once we enter in your Host Benefit Order your party will be officially closed and no other orders can be credited to your party. If you have any questions regarding the above information, please feel free to call me for clarification! Thanks again for hosting a party, and feel free to host one again in a few months for more free products!
Sincerely,
Cami
