How to Redeem Thrive Q-Club Points

I'm always getting emails from my customers with the question, "How do I redeem my Q-Club points."  So I finally put together this little document that I saved to my computer.  Then when I get that question emailed to me, I just send out this document.   I thought I'd pass it along to you guys so you can use it too.  (Just copy and paste it into a Word document.  Then save on your computer for future use…or refer back to this Blog.)

How to Redeem Your Q-Club Points

1.)   Log into Thrive Life:  www.thrivelife.com

2.)   After signing in, go to “My Account” in the yellow bar at the top of the page.  (It is located under the Thrive Foods Tab.)  In the box labeled “My Thrive Q” you will be able to see how much free money you have to spend!  (500 points = $15, 1,000 points = $30, etc.)

3.)   Now start shopping by going to the “Thrive Foods” tab and then scrolling down to “Shop Thrive.”  Add the items you’d like to receive for free into your shopping cart by clicking on the red button that says “Add to shopping cart”…do NOT hit the blue button that says, “Add to Q.”

4.)   Once you have the items in your shopping cart, go back into “My Accounts” and click on the blue words that say “$ ____ worth of products” in the “My Thrive Q” box.  It will then deduct that amount from your shopping cart. 

5.)   Click the “Checkout” button and continue using the prompts to complete the order.
