It's helpful to know... because you will be asked... and after reading this article, I think I've been telling my customers the wrong information. I think I've been telling them that it's freeze dried! Agh!
It's important to know that our milk, eggs, shortening, butter, sour cream etc. are NOT freeze dried OR dehydrated. They go through a process called spray drying.
What is spray drying?
Our THRIVE milk products are 100% dairy and not alternatives! Good to know now!
