How Do I Sign Up a Consultant?

To sign up as new Shelf Reliance Consultant do the following:

2.     Click on the “Opportunities” tab on the blue bar.
3.     Scroll down and click on “Become a Consultant.” 
4.     Click on the right hand side the words that say, “Get Started.”
5.     At the bottom of that page, click on “Start Here”.  This will take you to the login page.  If you already have a Shelf Reliance account, then use your email and password to login.  If you don’t, please go to create a new account.  After this, it should bring you to an online application. 

The information you will need, from me, to fill out the application is as follows:

Enroller Name:          (Fill this in with your information!)
Enroller ID:  
Enroller email:  
Enroller phone #:  

·      You will be asked for your bank routing number and checking account number.  This is so your monthly commission check can be automatically deposited into your account on the 15th of each month. 
·      You will also be asked for your Social Security number or Tax ID number.  Most people just use their Social Security Number.  This is for your tax documents at the end of the year.  You will be responsible for filing your own taxes each year.  Shelf Reliance will send you a W-10 at the end of each year.

* In order to receive your commission check each month, you MUST be signed up on a monthly Q shipment for $50 a month in product. (My Q is set at @ $60 a month) The $50 a month DOES NOT INCULDE tax and shipping. If you don’t already have a Q set-up, please give me a call after you’ve registered as a consultant, and I will get one set-up for you.

* If you have a Consultant Website, you just need to refer them to that.  It will prompt them to the correct place to sign-up.  However, they will still need the above Enroller Information.

What do I do if my Q order processed lower than the required amount for my commission?


Answer:  Contact customerservice@shelfreliance.com and place another order which will be tied as a Q order; otherwise, the difference between your Q product amount and $50 will be deducted from your commission check.
