How to create a Booking Binder

.)  Print off at least 3 months of calendars.  Add all events to your calendar that would prevent you from doing a party and highlight the days that you can host a party.  Keep it up-to-date. (You can use a planner too.  This is just what works for me!)

.)  Add Booking Information pages to your binder.  Use these for recording the host’s information after scheduling the date for the new party.  (You can request this document from me or make one yourself.  Example below.)

.)  Add package information to your binder:  (Found in the back office:  Tools/Consultant Materials/Party Prep/ Packages)

.)  Add a notes section:  You can keep a printed copy of your party presentation and any notes from training calls that you find helpful to your presentation.  Party presentation can be found in the back office:  Tools/Consultant Materials/ Party Prep.

.)  Add an information section:  Include Thrive Equivalents/ Sample Pack recipes/Product Details pages/ and any other information you might want to collect and save.  Found in back office:  Tools/Consultant Materials/Thrive and Party Prep
